Just a little history

Traco Financial was incorporated in 1978 basically as just a home improvement loan originator. Since 1978, we have expanded to help our clients save money. Thus we have been building relationships with both National Lenders and our clientele. We are pleased to present the many diverse products and programs that are available in the marketplace. Traco was started by Elwood Trader who believes if we cannot help our clients certainly don't hurt them. We try to search the marketplace to bring the program that best suits your needs. All of our staff shares in his belief.

We feel there is enough need to just stay local and give that personal touch so we only do mortgages in both Maryland and Delaware In fact our Maryland Broker number is 1177 so you can tell we been here in the market for the good times but more importantly we have been here in the bad times as well to service our clients needs.
